Guidelines for Paper (Oral) & Poster Presentation

The Rules for Oral Scientific Paper Presentation

Date of Paper Presentation- 2ND December 2018 between 8.30am to 09.15am (Hall- A,B,C)

Duration of the presentation 8 min for each paper

Discussion time- 2min

2 hrs prior to presentation download the presentation in preview room

Distribution of Hall will be displayed a day prior to paper presentation

Three papers will be selected for Best Paper Awards

Rules of Poster Presentation

Date of Poster Presentation display- 2nd December 2018, 8.30am

The size of the poster should be 3fit(Height) x 2fit(Width)

The place of your poster presentation will be decided by Dr. Rahul Bagade, Co-Ordinator

The selected participants should report a day prior to Dr. Rahul Bagade ( Cell No.09767717377 )

Three posters will be selected for Best Poster Awards

Result of Paper & Poster Presentation awards will be declared on 2nd Dec, after the Oration.

Prize Distribution of Paper & Poster Presentation will be done immediately before the Valedictory function on Sunday 2nd Dec 2018. at 02.15pm.
